Merging the direction and operations of the two companies, Ms Wigginton oversees all human resource and finance functions, as well as provides leadership and pivotal strategic guidance to business development. Ms Wigginton earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economics from Newcomb College of Tulane University and her JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and has held previous business affairs and corporate legal positions at Atlantic Records, Warner Home Video and Canon USA.
