Steve Wigginton is the Founder of Accelerated Innovators Inc (AI). After a very successful career in recruiting and moving to a national sales representative for an international IT project and staffing firm, Steve decided to compliment and enhance his client staffing offerings by starting his own firm. The focus of the firm differentiated from his competitors by setting markup standards, quality controls that utilized a 24/7/365 offshore/onshore recruiting model and technical evaluations that mirrored the client culture to ensure less submissions, better interview to placement ratios and contract to hire rates that gave tangible ROI results to HR and procurement teams. Judit Inc, a certified woman owned business, acquired AI in early 2020. Steve maintains his role as President of sales. The combination of of these two firms added a strong payrolling service that enables clients to add temp staff and offload the risk and cost associated with multiple vendors or internal static burdens as well as an admin/clerical, sales and marketing and accounting/finance offering to the existing core IT services model AI is known for. Being a "one-stop shop" allows better cost efficiencies for our Fortune 500 clients. Growth due to our nimble, client focused approach has lead to explosive growth.
